Basic membership for Job Seekers is FREE. Basic membership includes searching jobs, posting of a resume, accessing job seeker related resources, and those areas eBarJobs.com.
Premium membership is paid and cost $9.95 a month and includes searching and applying for jobs, posting of a resume, posting picture, getting resume analytics, accessing job seeker related resources, and those areas eBarJobs.com. These Terms are governed by the internal substantive laws of the State of California, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Jurisdiction for any claims arising under this agreement shall lie exclusively with the state or federal courts within San Francisco, California, USA.
eBarJobs.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to pursue all of its legal remedies, including but not limited to deletion of your information from this Web Site and immediate termination of your registration with or ability to access the Web Site and/or any other service provided to you by eBarJobs.com, upon any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or if eBarJobs.com is unable to verify or authenticate any information you submit to the Web Site registration with or ability to access the Web Site.
You agree not to resell or assign your rights or obligations under these Term and Conditions. You also agree not to make any unauthorized commercial use of the Web Site.

No Guaranty of Results. eBarJobs.com is not an employment agency or a recruiting firm, and makes no representations or guarantees regarding the effectiveness or timeliness of the Site in meeting the employment objectives of Users. eBarJobs.com does not guarantee that Documents posted by Users will result in candidates being hired or positions being filled, and is not responsible for any employment decisions, for whatever reason made, made by any User. eBarJobs.com is only a venue. The Web Site acts as a venue for companies to post job opportunities and for candidates to post their own resumes for the purpose of evaluating job opportunities for themselves. eBarJobs.com does not screen or censor the profiles or other information. eBarJobs.com is not involved in the actual transaction between Member Companies and / or companies and candidates. As a result, eBarJobs.com has no control over the quality, safety or legality of the jobs posted, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of companies to offer job opportunities to candidates or the ability of candidates to fill job openings.
Cancel within the first 30 days - Satisfaction Guarantee. If you cancel your paid account within the risk free period you may request a refund of your initial payment. In order to receive a refund, you must cancel your eBarJobs.com Premier account online. A completed refund request form must be emailed to email@example.com or faxed to eBarJobs.com Client Services prior to a refund being issued. All eligible refunds will receive a credit within 7 to 10 business days. Due to billing cycles, the refund may not appear on the same credit card statement as the original charge. After 30 days all sales are final.
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at its discretion, or against any customer it believes is abusing this policy. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately following the posting of the revised Refund Policy on the eBarJobs.com website.
