1 oz. tequila
1 1/2 oz. pineapple juice
1/2 oz. lime juice

1. In a small saucepan, combine sugar with 1/2 cup water
2. Bring to a boil ( over medium flame ), stirring so that sugar is dissolved
3. Boil for one minute

5. Add 1/2 cup cold water to mixture
6. Cool to room temperature
7. Stir in lemone juice
8. Combine lemon syrup and tequila in a pitcher
