Coordinate food handling, cooking schedule, and cooking methods to assure meals are palatable and appetizing in appearance; meet meal schedule; Maintain standards of sanitation and food handling based on County, State and Federal regulations; Portion food items based on diet order and residents' food preferences; Prepare and present food items for special events; Must be able to operate kitchen equipment.
